Improvements to the primary road system in Mt. Diablo State Park including South Gate Road, North Gate Road and Summit Road. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Numbers 1600-2004-0109-3, 1600-2004-0505-3, 1600-2004-0506-3, 1600-2004-0507-3, and 1600-2004-0508-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Kathy Amann/California State Parks.
