The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2003-0331-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Santa Clara Valley Water District. In Phase I of this project the applicant proposes to remove an existing abandoned bridge to increase channel capacity on Calabazas Creek in Santa Clara County. Phase II will be removal and replacement of the bridge at Bollinger Road. The Department will issue a subsequent Amendment for Phase II of this project when design is complete.
