The 2003 PM10 Plan is the San Joaquin Valley Unified APCD's strategy for achieving the National Ambient Air Qulity Standards (NAAQS) for particular matter measuring less than 10 microns in diameter (PM10). The PM10 Plan will become part of the State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the San Joaquin Valley.
