Document Description
The Project is limited to the permanent fill of 277 linear feet (0.15 acre) of a drainage channel and installation of a 48-inch diameter bypass drainage pipe. The channel, which is approximately two (2) to three (3) feet deep, will be backfilled and compacted with fill material. The existing drainage inlet located in the northeastern corner of the project area will be closed and the channel's surface flows will be directed into the existing drainage system which is located on Reis Avenue. The project is located at 400 Reis Avenue in the city of Vallejo, Solano County. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0383-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, harbhajan S. Deol.
