Document Description
The Operator proposes to reroute the existing drainage ditch and bury it in a concrete pipe located on the south side of the intersection of Reis Avenue and Maple Avenue for construction of five single family homes. The drainage ditch is trapezoidal in cross section and supports an earthen bed and banks. Flows within the ditch enter the property at the northeast corner from a 36-inch storm drain pipe, and then exit the property through a 36-inch culvert under Highway 780. The ditch on site is approximately 277 linear feet.
