Document Description
The DMUP consists of three individual but related development sites: The Rises, the White House, and the Ledson site. In all, the project will result in 53,600 square feet of retail land uses, 228,300 square feet of office land uses, 206,200 (129 units) square feet of residential land uses, 14,600 square feet of parking on the Ledson site (34 spaces) and up to 700 parking spaces on the White House site.
