The Cannery Park EIR was certified by the Stockton City Council in September 2004. A Revised Project includes a General Plan Amendment (GPA) and rezone to revise the land use and zoning within the 99.87-acre Revised Project site. The Revised Project would: 1) re-designate 56.51 acres of commercial land for low density residential uses, 2) re-designate 11.27 acres of high density residential land for low density residential uses, and 3) re-designate 12.34 acres of commercial for high density residential uses. The net change is an increase in housing units and a decrease in commercial land.
