Long-term implementations of the Amended Plan may include, but will not necessarily be limited Agency financial and administrative assistance to the following: eliminate existing conditions of blight; promotion and facilitation of economic development; promotion and facilitation of business development and retention; providing additional affordable housing opportunities, increase tax base through tax increment financing, and implement the goals and policies of the City and County General Plan.
