"Added Territory" refers to the area proposed to be added to the existing Manteca Merged Project Area. The "Amended Plan" and the "Amendment" refer to the "Amendment to the Amended Redevelopment Plan for the Manteca Merged Project Area", and describe only the Added Territory proposed to be added to the existing Manteca Merged Project Area. The "Amended Plan" and the "Amendment" also refer to the program of redevelopment activities within the existing Manteca Merged Project Area.
