Lost Hills Water District (the District) operates an evaporation basin to manage agricultural drainage from framing operations within the District under waste discharge requirements ("WDRs") of the Regional Water Quality Board the "Regional Board". The project is a continued operation of the evaporation basin under revised WDRs to be issued by the Regional Board. The beneficiaries of the project are water users within the District.
