Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development and operation of Fire Station #55-Northwood. The station will provide services to the existing neighborhoods of Northwood Point and lower Peters Canyon, along with the planned future development in the project vicinity. The proposed station will occupy an approximately one acre site and will be constructed in two phases. The first phase will consist of grading activities, site preparation work and the placement of temporary structures for the operation of a fire station. The second phase will include the construction of an approximately 8,500 square-foot permanent facility.
