Document Description
Approximately 40 yards from its confluence with Santa Rosa Creek, Curti Creek passes under Santa Rosa Creek Road through two roughly parallel 96-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culverts. The culverts appear to be aligned at an angle to the flow of water within the Curti Creek channel. The outflow area below the culverts has segraded, resulting in a drop of approximately 10 feet from the bottom of the culverts to the streambed.
