The proposed consolidation of the two gas odorant stations involves:
- Shutdown and removal of the odorant equipment
- Construction of a new 6-inch pipeline to reroute the gas
- Construction of a new 2-inch pipeline to return gas liquids
- Removing the existing 1,200-gallon odorant tank
- Installing a new 1,000-gallon odorant tank
- Constructing a new 8-foot tall wall
- Piping modifications and installing new equipment.
