- The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code for the Road 108 Widening Project. The Project approved by the Lead Agency will widen a 4.75 mile segment of Road 108. The Project will widen Road 108 from two (2) to four (4) lanes where it crosses Packwood Creek, which the California Department of Fish and Game ("CFDG") has determined is subject to regulation pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1600 et seq.
