Document Description
The project is a proposal for development of a 1,036-acre site with a two story 9,182 square foot commercial/office building and twelve three-story live-work units (six 2,293 square foot units and six 3,039 square foot units) with commercial/retail uses on the ground floor and residential uses on the upper floors. The project site is currently contains two commercial buildings, a Victorian Italianate building built in 1912 and a Neo-Classical Brick building built in 1922, that have been largely vacant since 1973 and are proposed to be demolished to accommodate the project.
