Document Description
The project consists of an approximately 10,100 square foot building proposed for development on the Los Cerritos Middle School Campus. The proposed Club location is immediately west of the existing gymnasium and would have a parking lot with driveways providing access to and from Avenida de las Flores. The purpose of this project is to provide a Boys and Girls Club for use before and after the school day. The Club facilities would be available for use by Los Cerritos Middle School during the school day for academic purposes. Approval of a joint venture agreement between the Conejo Valley Unified School District, within which the Los Cerritos Middle School is located, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Conejo and Las Virgenes is proposed that would provide for the joint use of the new Boys & Girls Club and existing school facilities.
