CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 (SAA #5-2003-0036) of the Fish and Game Code to the project application Kate Rees, Cachuma Operations and Maintenance Board. The applicant proposes to alter 5 low flow crossings to improve fish passage. The project consists of the removal of concrete aprons, and construction of compacted boulders and rock weirs to produce ramp/riffle fishway structures. The project is located in Santa Ynez in Santa Barbara County.
