The Santa Barbara County Public Works Department in conjunction with the Cachuma Operation and Maintenance Board (COMB) proposes to make improvements to Crossings Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 on Refugio Road at Quiota Creek. Permanent bridges will be installed at Crossings at Nos. 2, 6, and 8; and maintenance repairs will be made at the remaining crossings.
