A request by Intracorp for a Site Development Plan, Design Review, Tentative Tract Map, Rezone and Special Permit to subdivide a 8.34-acre site into 36 single family residential lots and one open space lot, between Massachusetts and Orien Avenues, in the R1 (Urban Residential) and R1S (Suburban Residential) zones.
