To upgrade the processing plant to allow production of up to 144,000 tpy, from 50,000 tpy. Facilities include a portable wash plant, with conveyor belt, a drying/calcining facility with heater, storage bins, truck scales, two storage silos, a maintenance shop, an administration and laboritory buildings, a sanitary leach field and relocated an existing fuel tank.
