The project will involve the excavation of approximately 4,500,000 cubic yards of soil and stockpiling of that soil. Once excavated, the bottom of the excavation will be prepared for refuse disposal including the placement of a liner spanning approximately 18 acres. The stockpile is to be located in the eastern portion of the property.
