Document Description
Off-site wetland mitigation activities associated with construction of Phases 1 and 2 of State Route 56, Environmental Impact Report No. 95-0099. The project would implement wetland habitat restoration activities to result in the creation and enhancement of approximately 24.26 acres. A new 3,150 foot long, 10-foot wide unpaved park access road would be constructed in association with the project. The proposed project is located within the Mira Mesa Community Planning Area.
