The General Plan Update includes revisions to the Land Use, Redevelopment, Circulation, Scenic Highways, Environmental Resource and Management, Growth Management, Parks, Recreation and Community Services, Noise, and Safety Elements. In addition, new goals, policies and programs are being developed. The Housing Element was previously updated and adopted by the Anaheim City Council on October 29, 2002. Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, will be amended to implement the updated General Plan.
