Document Description
The Santa Barbara Campus proposes to demolish two structures, Garage #1 (660 sq. ft.) and Garage #2 (748 sq ft.) at the Sedgwick Reserve and rebuild them as office space and accommodations, respectively, for researchers at the Reserve. The Sedgwick Reserve Infrastructure Plan Final EIR included an evaluation of demolishing Garage #1 and retaining Garage #2. The proposed project would demolish both structures and rebuild them in the same size and building footprint. Garage #1 would become the LaKrez Director's and researcher's office and Garage #1 would become researcher accommodations. A new septic system would be installed to serve the researcher's accommodations.
