Addendum No. 2 to the Final EIR for the Sedgwick Reserve Infrastructure Plan, Tipton Meeting House The Santa Barbara Campus proposes to construct the Tipton Meeting House on the Natural Reserve System's Sedgwick Reserve. The proposed Tipton Meeting House was relocated to the northern portion of the Sedgwick Village area from its location. The Revised project within the Final EIR will provide 4,400 gross sf of interior space, and ~5,600 sf to construct the Tipton Meeting House.
