The project is limited to the development of 502 single-family residential units of 91.97 acres: realignment and paving of Briggs Road between Pat Road and Baxter Road; improvements of Baxter Road; creation of parks and open space totaling 87.35 acres; and the construction of six detention basins that total 7.16 acres,.
