- This project authorizes and funds a coordinated regulatory review process to assist local landowners in implementing specific conservation activities in multiple implementation areas in the Morro Bay watershed in San Luis Obispo county. The project site is along Los Osos Creek, about two miles from the Town of Los Osos, Section 17, Township 30N, Range 11E, Morro Bay South Quad. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2004-0527-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Alan Eto.
