Document Description
The Operator proposes to conduct stream channel stabilization on the north branch of Warden Creek, on property owned by Turri Ranch & Cattle Company, pursuant to the Morro Bay Partners in Restoration Permit Coordination Program. The project will be implemented on the north branch of Warden Creek, southeast of the community of Los Osos, west of the City of San Luis Obispo, in the County of San Luis Obispo. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2005-0414-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Coastal San Luis RCD, on behalf of Turri Ranch & Cattle Company.
