The City of Agoura Hills, in cooperation with the California Department of Transportation (the Department, or "Caltrans"), proposes to improve traffic circulation and safety at the interchange of U.S. Highway 101 and Kanan Road (a local arterial street) through an interchange improvement project. The proposed project area is located in the City of Agoura Hills, in Los Angeles County. The action is intended to upgrade the interchange via the acquisition of right of way, the construction of new loop on-ramps, resignalization, and realignment of frontage roads. Utility relocation will be required.
