Document Description
Revise the existing Solid Waste Facilities Permit to allow an increase in permitted site boundary from 491 acres to 603 acres; an increase in the permitted disposal area from 324 acres to 349.2 acres; an increase in the max elevation from 883 feet to 1,050 feet above mean sea level (amsl); an increase the max depth from 434 ft amsl to 431 amsl; an increase in the max permitted tonnage from 3,965 tons per day to 5,000 tons per day; an increase in the traffic volume from 620 vehicles per day to 869 municipal solid waste tickets per day; include a total design capacity of 147,908,000 cubic yds; and update the estimated closure date from 2031 to 2042.
