Document Description
SCAQMD has prepared a Draft Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) for its 2003 AQMP, which is a planning document that sets forth policies and control measures to achieve federal and state ambient air quality standards in the region. The project includes short-term and long-term control measure for stationary and mobile sources to be implemented with a cooperative partnership of government agencies at the federal, state, regional and local level.
