The project is to increase and decrease the flow rate below Upper Gorge Powerplant over a 10 day period. The flows will be gradually changed for the purpose of evaluating the fitness of facilities and structures in the flood plain to withstand higher flows and determine an estimate for potential retrofitting cost.
