CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0191-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Caltrans.
In general, the Project involves widening SR 46 over both the Main Flood Canal and Westside Canal. More specifically, the Project involves: installing a new Lost Hills Utility District water line beneath the Westside Canal; removing three Chevron pipelines which span both the Main Flood Canal and Westside Canal; constructing a new bridge over the Main Flood Canal; extending the double box culvert which supports the roadway over the West Side Canal; and demolition and replacement of the existing bridge over the Main Flood Canal.
