Document Description
Construction of the new 25,100-square foot surgery center for Marshall Hospital. The construction of the new facility will occur on approximately 8.4 acres located adjacent to the existing Marshall Hospital. The project will result in take of several Stebbins' morning glory (Calystegia stebbinsii) plants, which are protected under the California Endangered Species Act, requiring issuance of a California Incidental Take Permit ("Permit").
