Document Description
The project is an interim policy for waiving waste discharge requirements for discharges related to timber operations. Any such waivers issued pursuant to this policy would be conditional, could be terminated at any time by the Regional Water Board, would be determined by the Regional Water Board not to adversely affect the quality of or the beneficial uses of the water of the State, and not be against the public interest pursuant of California Water Code Section 13269.
