Document Description
The project proposes to subdivide 0.386 gross acres into two parcels of approximately 0.193 gross acres (8,410 square feet) each. No grading is proposed on the site. The site is entirely within the 100-year flood plain of Los Coches Creek. The project will be conditioned to provide a flood free building site. The highest flood elevation on the site is 604.9' and the house pads are proposed at 606.4' with a finished floor elevation of 607.4'. This will make the site flood free and flood safe.
