Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the stream to perform flood control maintenance activities including the removal of palm trees, arundo, castor bean, eucalyptus saplings, dead branches and vegetation, non-native vegetation, and trash from the streambed. Mature, healthy trees will not be removed. All impacts are considered temporary. Impacts are considered offset, since the project will result in the enhancement of the stream through the removal of exotic vegetation.
