Complete a concrete tie replacement program from UPRR Milepost (M.P.) 287.60 near O'Brien to M.P. 319.60 near Castle Crag; a 25-mile stretch of track. UPRR proposes to replace the existing wooden railroad ties with concrete ties along the project limits. The railroad tie replacements will take place from the existing track and access roads, with no disturbance to the surrounding areas.
