Document Description
The project proposes to replace two failed structures on unnamed tributaries to Cold Creek along Interstate 5. Site one will replace a concrete slab covering two sewer lines with a new slab that has 4' vertical cutoff walls to prevent future failure. Site two will replace a failed culvert. Both replacements will occur at the same location and will serve the same purpose as the structures being replaced.
