Document Description
The County of Napa, Cities of Napa, St. Helena, and the Town of Yountville are applying for a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System ("NPDES") Phase II permit on March 10, 2003. To meet the requirements of the NPDES Phase II regulations, the County will adopt a Countywide Stormwater Management Program and authorize the filing of a Notice of Intent to Comply with the terms of the State Water Resources Control Board for Storm Water Discharges for small Municpal Separate Storm Water Sewer Systems.
