Conduct routine maintenance activities that are subject to Fish and Game Code Section 1601 in city creeks, channels, and basins within the Town of Danville, Contra Costa County. Routine maintenance shall be defined as those periodically scheduled and implemented activities necessary to maintain the water transport capacity of stream channels and maintain the structural and functioning integrity of existing flood control and sediment detention structures on or affecting streams.
