Document Description
The proposed project consists of transfer of title of one parcel consisting of approximately 22 acres of land currently owned by the City of Lancaster, the Lancaster Redevelopment Agency. The parcel's surface topography is relatively flat and is undeveloped and lies in an unincorported area of Lancaster in the County of Los Angeles. The purpose of the project is to accomplish site acquisition for future federal funding of a California Veteran's Home project.
