San Francisco State University is proceeding with the acquisition of the Villas Parkmerced Lot #41 (Assessor's Block #7304). This 8.14-acre lot consists of 16 apartment units, a 42-space, one-story parking garage, athletic facilities and a 3,700 square foot structure. These facilities will benefit the University by meeting existing campus facility deficiencies in the housing and athletic programs.
