The project includes construction of a 100,000-gallon steel water tank, a small operations building, a 50x30 foot structure to house pressure filters, an aerator with sump vault, and 1,300-feet of 18-inch diameter pipeline east of Camp Beale Road. The purpose of the project is to improve water circulation and quality, and does not involve a capacity increase.
