Application 30757 is for diversion of 10 acre-feet of water from several unnamed streams and springs tributary to El Corte de Madera Creek, thence San Gregorio Creek, thence Pacific Ocean, within the County of San Mateo. The purposes of use are stockwatering and irrigation, with incidental uses for recreation, fire protection, and wildlife enhancement. This application was filed to legalize the diversion and storage of water in two reservoirs that are in excess of existing water right permits.
