Document Description
The project is located 0.75 mile south of State Route 12 (Rio Vista Road) and 2 miles southeast of the City of Suisun City, Solano County. The project includes the relocation and channelization of portions of Spring Branch and two tributaries within the 211-acre Phase I and II expansion areas of the Potrero Hills Landfill. The project also includes activities associated with compensatory efforts such as creation, enhancement and restoration of channels, drainages, seasonal wetlands and ponds within six mitigation parcels. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2010-0382-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Jim Dunbar/Potrero Hills Landfill, Incorporated.
