The project consists of developing a 10.7-acre parcel in possibly three phases. The initial phase will involve a parcel map, general plan amendment and rezoning. The second phase will involve the development of the 48-townhouse units and 20 mixed-use units. The third phase of the project will involve the construction of a retail center consisting of a 65,000 square foot free standing grocery store, a 7,000 square foot retail store, a second 8,000 square foot free standing retail building and two additional buildings at the rear of the complex to be a combination of retail and live/work occupancy.
