Document Description
The proposal involves the transfer of all rights, title, and interests in and to the Sly Park Unit of the Central Valley Project from the U.S. Bureau Reclamation to the EID, as directed by Congress in Section 212, Appendix B of Title II, Public Law 106-377. The Unit includes Sly Park Dam and Reservoir, Camp Creek Diversion Dam and Tunnel, and conduits and canals, including those used to convey, treat, and store water delivered from Sly Park, as well as all recreation facilities.
