The project is the 2nd reading for ordinances adopting the Lower Lagoon Valley Specific Plan, Rezoning, and Development Agreement for a 2,354 acres Specific Plan area within Lower Lagoon Valley. The project includes up to 1 million sq. ft. of office, 1,325 dwelling units, 50,000 sq. ft. of neighborhood retail, approximately 20 acres of general/recreation commercial, golf course, open space, parks and infrastructure on and off the site to serve the project.
