Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SOL-28360-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Triad Lagoon Valley, LLC. Amendment No. 1 allows removal of an additional 85 native riparian trees and 16 non-native riparian trees within the original footprint for tree removal and subject to the tree replacement ratios in Measure 3.7. Amendment No. 1 also changes the Project’s seasonal work window from June 15 to October 15 to May 15 to October 31, subject to several restrictions.
